Rules for using catalogues, bookings, payments, documents and reviews. The most important rule: the seller of the event is the organizer indicated in the offer and contract.
TeraVibe is a technology platform for presentation of offers, booking service, payment, documents and communication between the client and the organizer. TeraVibe is not the organiser of a tourist event, unless the specific offer clearly indicates otherwise.
The seller and the entity responsible for the event is the organizer indicated in the offer and in the reservation agreement. The organiser's data, its legal name, NIP, address and country are recorded in a document prepared before the transition to payment.
The organiser shall be responsible for the veracity of the description of the offer, programme, deadlines, availability of places, participation requirements, standard of stay, allowances, operational contact and implementation of benefits. The platform may moderate the offer, but does not replace the organizer in the implementation of the departure.
The system may temporarily block places for the completion of participants’ data and the transition to payment. The booking becomes confirmed and the contract is concluded after the payment has been effectively completed.
Before moving to payment, the system generates a contract document with the data of the organizer, client, deadline, participants, accommodation or resources, allowances and prices. The traveller may read the document before payment, and the condition for the conclusion of the contract is effective payment. Later changes to the offer do not change the established version of the document.
Cancellations, complaints, returns and cancellations of departures are handled according to the terms of the specific offer, laws and operational decision of the moderator. Pay-per-view reservations requiring reimbursement or dispute shall be directed to manual handling until the production payment operator is implemented.
Upon completion of the departure, the booking owner can make an assessment and comment. The moderator may remove an opinion that violates the principles of the platform, contains sensitive data, illegal content or does not concern actual departure.
The customer accepts the terms, conditions and conditions of cancellation before confirming the booking. Marketing approvals should be voluntary and separate from the permissions required to operate the reservation.
This document is a product text for further legal verification. Prior to the public launch of the platform, it must be checked by a lawyer and adapted to the final model of the seller, the payment operator and the responsibility of the organizers.
